Application of Terms:

These terms and conditions are applicable to individuals and professionals commander on www.fonderieroger.com sites www.fonderieroger.fr, fonderieroger.biz. Every order validated on the site implies full membership to these terms and conditions. The command is enabled when the client:

When the order is taken into account, a confirmation email is sent to the client. A product out of stock is normally systematically withdrawn from sale. Payment / Price:

Price: Prices are quoted in Euros. French VAT applies to all orders delivered in France. The price of delivery is extra.
Payment: Only PayPal and payment cards are accepted: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express. Other payment methods are not accepted.

Time: Products in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours
Transfer of ownership – risk transfer The transfer of ownership of the goods to the customer takes effect only after full payment by the latter. Roger Foundry covers the risks of loss and deterioration of the products to the delivery of the products to the recipient. Cancellation or change order: Any modification or cancellation of the order may be requested by the client as the order has not been shipped. This request must be made by phone with customer service and immediately confirmed by email. Once the package delivered to the carrier, no change or cancellation will not be taken into account and the price paid will not be returned
Receipt of order:

Upon receipt, the recipient must ensure before the carrier of the condition of the package and compliance of delivery with the order. In case of damage, misdelivery or missing, the customer must make, date and sign his reservations in writing on the delivery note. Without respect to this clause, no procedure for reimbursement from the carrier will not be initiated. Because of the fragility of our products, in case of withdrawal of the product more than 48 hours after it was pending at the Post Office, Roger Foundry can not guarantee the quality of the product and therefore accept a claim.
Late delivery: The times indicated on the website are dependent on the selected carrier. They are deemed reliable than in cases of force majeure. A delay in delivery due to lack of precision or error in the information provided by the customer does not give rise to any refund. By force majeure, Foundry Roger hears the war, riots, strikes, fire, accidents, transport stops and other administrative decisions.

Right of withdrawal:

The 7-day right of withdrawal applies only for France .

Return:
All returns must be a formal agreement between Roger foundry and the client. If the customer has paid claims required upon receipt of the order (item: Reception of the order) and if the Fonderie Roger finds that products are badly damaged, our company will refund the customer at the price or make a new product delivery Similar according to customer requirements.

CompétenteLe jurisdiction applicable law is that of the country in which the offer is made. The applicable law is French law. Contractual information is presented in French and the products offered for sale comply with French law.
